The French beverage and spirits group PERNOD RICARD, acting through its American subsidiary PERNOD RICARD AMERICAS, has bought all of the Mexican firm TEQUILA VIUDA DE ROMERO (production of around 1 million 75-cl bottles of alcohol a year) for an undisclosed amount.
