Italy's SNADEIRO (kitchen furnishings), has signed a tentative agreement for the acquisition of the 65% share owned by French businessman Michel Coencas in the French group VALOIS HABITAT and its subsidiaries specialised in the manufacturing and marketing of kitchens and related products. The activities transferred represent consolidated turnover of FRF 800 million. If the operation is realised, SNADEIRO's consolidated turnover will total EUR 300 million.
