Belgium's VPK PACKAGING GROUP, specialised in transport packaging, has announced its acquisition of all shares in CARTONNAGE INDUSTRIE HOLLAND ALMELO (sales of EUR 7 million expected in 2000 with 42 employees), a cardboard tube maker in the Netherlands, for an undisclosed amount.
