Ukraine loan for 2026 and 2027 - proposed derogation for Kyiv to purchase drones unveiled

08/04/2026 (Agence Europe) – In early April, the European Commission published a proposal for a decision to authorise Ukraine to derogate from the rule on the origin of its supplies, for its purchases of drones in the context of the EU loan to Kyiv for 2026 and 2027 (Regulation 2026/467 - see EUROPE B13841A10).
