21/01/26 (Agence Europe) – On Wednesday 21 January, NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte called on the Allies to do even more to help Ukraine. In a video message to the chiefs of staff of Allied countries, he asked them to use their influence to encourage their political superiors to do even more. “Look deep into your stockpiles to see what more you can give to Ukraine, particularly air defence interceptors. The time really is now”, he insisted, even though, due to international tensions, Ukraine has received less media attention in recent days. For his part, Admiral Giuseppe Cavo Dragone, chair of NATO’s Military Committee, told the chiefs of staff session that by 2025, Allied support for Ukraine had become “stronger and more organised”.
