PfE Group motion to censure ‘von der Leyen’ Commission will be put to vote on 22 January

14/01/26 (Agence Europe) – On Wednesday 14 January, the Conference of Presidents of the political groups (CoP) in the European Parliament decided to place on the agenda of the European Parliament plenary session the motion of censure to bring down the ‘von der Leyen’ Commission tabled by the far-right PfE group (see EUROPE B13784A25). Motivated by the forthcoming signing of the EU/Mercosur agreement, this motion of censure will be debated on Monday 19 January and voted on Thursday...
