19/09/2025 (Agence Europe) – On Thursday 18 September, the European Commission announced the opening of yet another anti-dumping investigation into imports of steel products. This time it concerns certain cold-rolled flat steel products from India, Japan, Taiwan, Turkey and Vietnam. The representative of steel producers in the EU, Eurofer, lodged a complaint in August, claiming that imports of these products from the five targeted countries were causing harm to the European industry. The Commission considers that it has sufficient evidence to open an investigation. See the opening notice: https://aeur.eu/f/ii9 (LM)
