European Commission consults on regulation against unfair foreign subsidies with a view to its revision

28/08/2025 (Agence Europe) – By July 2026, the European Commission must re-examine its practices for implementing the regulation against foreign subsidies that distort competition (FSR). With this in mind, the Commission is working on a review report and opened a public consultation on 12 August.
