Political agreement in EU Council on protection of vulnerable adults

Meeting in EU Council on Thursday 12 June, the European justice ministers and representatives adopted a partial political agreement (‘general approach’) on the proposal for a regulation issued in May 2023 to provide a better framework for the protection of vulnerable adults in cross-border situations (see EUROPE B13191A15).
