12/06/25 (Agence Europe) – On Thursday 12 June, the EU Member States adopted a regulation imposing additional custom duties on all imports of agricultural products and certain fertilisers from Russia and Belarus (see EUROPE 13600/6). Nitrogen-based fertilisers will be subject to an additional tariff of 6.5% and a duty of €40 to €45 per tonne (then progressive until 2028) starting the 1 July.
