A coalition of organisations is calling on European Commission to take urgent action to defend right to freedom of assembly in Hungary

22/04/2025 (Agence Europe) – In a joint letter published on 16 April, a coalition of LGBTI and human rights organisations, including the European branch of the International Lesbian and Gay Association (ILGA-Europe), called on the European Commission to take urgent action in response to restrictions on freedom of assembly in Hungary, in particular against ‘gay pride’ marches.
