European co-legislators on verge of reaching an agreement on revision of driving licences

Negotiators from the European Parliament and the Council of the EU have been meeting at length for a fourth time on the evening of Monday 24 March in an attempt to bring discussions on the revision of the Driving Licence Directive to a successful conclusion (see EUROPE B13549A8).
