EEB and over 450 scientists urge EU to rapidly update its water pollution standards

24/03/25 (Agence Europe) – More than 450 scientists have urged co-legislators to speed up their negotiations on revising the list of pollutants to be monitored in water (see EUROPE B13538A2), revealed the NGO European Environmental Bureau (EEB), on Monday 24 March. “Member States are dragging their feet to curb water pollution”, said Sara Johansson of the EEB.
