Reporters Without Borders sues Trump administration after announced dismantling of Voice of America and Radio Free Europe

24/03/2025 (Agence Europe) – Reporters Without Borders (RSF) has filed a lawsuit, along with Voice of America (VOA) employees and their unions, against the US Agency for Global Media (USAGM), the NGO said on Friday 21 March. US President Donald Trump ordered its dismantling on 14 March. Funded by the US government and editorially independent, USAGM oversees Voice of America, Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty (RFE/RL) and Radio Free Asia.
