On Wednesday 19 March, the ‘Register of Damage for Ukraine’ based in The Hague and set up by the Council of Europe, announced that new categories of compensation claims were being opened.
The announcement was made at a high-level meeting between the Ukrainian Prime Minister, Denys Shmyhal, the Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Iryna Mudra, the Ukrainian Deputy Minister of Justice, Liudmyla Suhak, and the Board and Executive Director of the ‘Register’.
