In a letter dated Tuesday 18 March, around twenty MEPs issued a call to “initiate sanctions” against Milorad Dodik, the President of the Bosnian Serb Republic, in view of his separatist tendencies and his rejection of the authority of the Bosnian Constitutional Court.
