European Holocaust Research Infrastructure becomes EU’s 30th research consortium

20/01/2025 (Agence Europe) – On Monday 20 January, the European Commission granted the European Holocaust Research Infrastructure (EHRI) legal status as a European Research Infrastructure Consortium (ERIC). The EHRI becomes the 30th ERIC to be set up since 2011. This recognition underlines the essential role of the EHRI in safeguarding the historical archives relating to the Holocaust and their relevance to modern society, says the Commission.
