Imports of Ukrainian groats into the EU are once again subject to customs duty. They exceeded the volume limit below which this product can enter European territory without a tariff (20,648.24 tonnes), set by the regulation on autonomous trade measures towards Ukraine (see EUROPE B13386A1).
