€67.4 million in funding awarded to five cross-border European renewable energy projects

On Friday 19 July, the European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency (CINEA) unveiled the five new actions selected under the CEF Energy 2023 CB RES call for studies to support the development of cross-border renewable energy projects.

The selected projects, with total funding of €67.4 million, cover offshore and onshore wind, biomass, district heating and green hydrogen/ammonia sectors, and are located in Estonia, Latvia, the Netherlands, Germany and Poland.
