EU extends anti-dumping duties on certain Russian plywood products to imports from Kazakhstan and Turkey

15/05/2024 (Agence Europe) – The European Commission has completed an investigation into the circumvention of its anti-dumping duties on plywood of Russian origin by Kazakhstan and Turkey. On Tuesday 14 May, it concluded that the measures had indeed been circumvented: Russian products subject to measures had been shipped to Kazakhstan and Turkey before being shipped to the EU.
