Copernicus reports last month second warmest April in Europe

08/05/2024 (Agence Europe) – On Wednesday 8 May, the European Commission’s climate change observatory, Copernicus Climate Change Service (C3S), announced that the average European temperature for April 2024 was 1.49°C higher than the average for the period 1991-2020, which makes it the second warmest April ever to be recorded on the continent.
