European Commission allocates €1 billion for deployment of alternative fuel supply infrastructure

The European Commission launched, on Thursday 29 February, a call for projects under the ‘Connecting Europe Facility’ - ‘Alternative Fuels Infrastructure Facility’ (AFIF). €1 billion has been made available to support the deployment of alternative fuels supply infrastructure for road, maritime, inland waterway and air transport along the trans-European transport network (TEN-T) (see EUROPE B13240A12).
