European Union joins International Labour Organization’s Global Coalition for Social Justice

In a press release on Thursday 29 February, the European Commission announced that, on behalf of the EU, it has this week become a partner in the International Labour Organization’s (ILO) Global Coalition for Social Justice, following approval by the EU Council.

Launched by the ILO in November 2023, the Coalition is a voluntary platform aimed at strengthening political commitment to promoting social justice.
