European Commission admits that conditions are not ripe for concluding negotiations on EU/Mercosur agreement

A week ago, the European Commissioner for Trade, Valdis Dombrovskis, considered that it was possible to conclude negotiations on the EU/Mercosur trade agreement before the elections.
