Frank Vandenbroucke hopes for rapid agreement on ‘shortages’ aspect of pharmaceutical package

The Belgian Deputy Prime Minister, Frank Vandenbroucke, responsible for the Health portfolio, told the European Parliament’s Committee on the Environment, Public Health and Food Safety on Monday 29 January that he hoped for a partial agreement by the end of June on the pharmaceutical package in order to implement the rules aimed at combating shortages of medicines.
