EU sanctions political leader of Hamas and a member of Al-Shabab in Somalia

16/01/2024 (Agence Europe) – On Tuesday 16 January, the Council of the European Union decided to add Hamas political leader Yahia Sinouar to the EU terrorist list “as part of the EU’s response to the threat posed by Hamasand its brutal and indiscriminate terrorist attacks against Israel on 7 October 2023”.
