Spanish city of Valencia officially becomes European Green Capital

11/01/24 (Agence Europe) – The Spanish city of Valencia officially assumed the title of European Green Capital on Thursday 11 January, taking over from the Estonian city of Tallinn, which held the title awarded by the European Commission.
