DMA, European Commission publishes model report to be submitted by gatekeepers on consumer profiling techniques

13/12/2023 (Agence Europe) – On Tuesday 12 December, the European Commission published the model report on consumer profiling techniques and the independent audit of these reports, in accordance with the provisions of the Digital Markets Act (DMA) (see EUROPE B13294A10). The first reports are due from the gatekeepers - appointed on 5 September (see EUROPE B13244A3) - on 7 March.
