The High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell, announced, on Sunday 10 December, the European Union’s support for the civilian population and democratic forces in Belarus, ahead of a dinner between European foreign ministers and political opponent Svetlana Tikhanovskaya.
