EU and 123 countries approve a voluntary declaration to integrate health into their climate action

On behalf of the EU, the European Commission approved, at the COP28 in Dubai on Sunday 3 December, a Declaration on Climate and Health, in which the 124 parties that signed up to it call for the acceleration of voluntary action to combat the negative effects of climate change on human health.
