22/11/2023 (Agence Europe) – PAN Europe (Pesticide Action Network Europe) and its member NGOs Générations Futures, Global 2000, PAN Germany and PAN Netherlands announced on Tuesday 21 November that they would be challenging the decision to renew glyphosate’s licence in the EU for a further 10 years in the EU Court of Justice when it comes into force (see EUROPE B13294A1).
