03/10/2023 (Agence Europe) – The European Commission, with the support of the European Union Agency for the Space Programme (EUSPA), on Tuesday 3 October launched a call for expressions of interest for the establishment of and participation in an EU Space Information Sharing and Analysis Centre (ISAC). The aim of the centre will be to strengthen the security and resilience of the EU space sector by developing the awareness and capabilities of its members, including mid-sized companies, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), start-ups and larger industrial groups. Public bodies are also invited to support and participate in the creation of the centre. Among other things, members will be able to exchange information and best practices relating to security incidents and resilience measures.
