Teresa Ribera wants to bring EU Council negotiations on reform of European electricity market to successful conclusion on 17 October

At the International Climate and Energy Summit chaired by the Spanish Presidency of the Council of the EU and the International Energy Agency (IEA) in Madrid on Monday 2 October, Spain’s Minister for Ecological Transition, Teresa Ribera, pledged her desire to find a compromise between EU Member States on the reform of the electricity market at the ‘Energy’ Council on 17 October (see other news).
