On Wednesday 6 September, the European Commission decided to appoint Carmen Rosa Naranjo Sanchez of Spain to the post of Director for Management of Resources at the Directorate-General for Agriculture and Rural Development (DG AGRI).
Czech national Irena Moozova has been appointed Deputy Director-General of the Directorate-General for Justice and Consumers (DG JUST), responsible for the international dimension of justice policies, the rule of law and equality. The date from which her appointment will be effective will be determined at a later date.
Frenchwoman Isabelle Pérignon has been appointed Director for Consumers at DG JUST. Her starting date will be determined at a later date. The Commission has also appointed the Frenchman Julien Mousnier to the post of Director for the Rule of Law, Fundamental Rights and Democracy within DG JUST (starting date to be decided).
In addition, the Commission has appointed Sofia Munoz Albarran from Spain to the post of Director for Resources, Interinstitutional Relations, Communications and Civil Society at the Commission’s Directorate-General for Trade (DG TRADE). Her starting date will be determined at a later date.
Finally, the Commission has appointed Lenka Filipkova to the post of Director for Expenditure at the Directorate-General for Budget (DG BUDG) (date of effect to be determined). (Original version in French by Lionel Changeur)
