On Tuesday, 18 July, French President Emmanuel Macron detailed the results of a meeting that was held, on his initiative, the previous day between Venezuelan Vice President Delcy Rodríguez and members of the political opposition on the sidelines of the EU-CELAC summit and that was attended by the presidents of Brazil, Argentina, and Colombia.
