17/07/23 (Agence Europe) – On Friday 14 July, the Commission re-imposed an anti-dumping duty on certain seamless pipes and tubes of iron imported from China. It carried out a review following the expiration of the tariffs in force on these products and concluded that dumping would recur in the absence of anti-dumping duties. On the same day, it did the same to renew a duty on certain filament glass fibre products, also from China. The rates range from 29.2% to 54.9% of the price of the product at the border before customs clearance for iron or steel pipes and tubes. They range from 14.5% to 19.9% for glass fibre products.
