An MEP does not have standing to bring an action for annulment of a delegated act implementing EU taxonomy, according to General Court

21/06/2023 (Agence Europe) – In an order issued on Wednesday 21 June (Case T-628/22), the General Court of the European Union dismissed as inadmissible the action brought by MEP René Repasi for annulment of the additional delegated Regulation (2022/1214) temporarily including nuclear energy and gas in the EU taxonomy (see EUROPE B12991A32).
