EIB/European Commission agreement on establishment of a European guarantee to finance reconstruction of Ukraine

14/06/2023 (Agence Europe) – On Tuesday 13 June, the European Commission and the European Investment Bank (EIB) announced a European public guarantee that will enable the EIB to provide up to €100 million in new loans to finance the reconstruction of municipal and energy infrastructure in Ukraine.
