EU Member States endorse European Parliament/EUCouncil agreement on directive on credit agreements in digital age

28/04/23 (Agence Europe) – The EU directive on consumer credit agreements in the digital age, which aims to better protect consumers from over-indebtedness and create harmonised conditions for credit companies, will soon be adopted.
