EU’s signature of Post-Cotonou Agreement in Poland’s hands

28/04/2023 (Agence Europe) – The launch of the written procedure for the EU’s signature and provisional application of the Post-Cotonou Agreement between the EU and the 79 ACP countries is still some way off. Poland dashed the hopes of the Swedish Presidency on Friday 28 April at the meeting of EU27 ambassadors to the EU (Coreper) (see EUROPE B13170A16).
