European Commission raises €7 billion in its fifth syndicated transaction for 2023

26/04/2023 (Agence Europe) – The European Commission raised an additional €7 billion of EU bonds in its fifth syndicated transaction on Wednesday 26 April. This is a new 15-year bond issue, maturing in 2038. The oversubscription rate was more than 9 times, with a total amount of €63.5 billion.
