European Parliament’s Committees on Culture and Civil Liberties presented their position on EMFA

The European Parliament’s Committee on Culture (CULT) discussed on Wednesday 26 April a draft report on the ‘European Media Freedom Act’ (EMFA) (see EUROPE B13151A26). Led by Sabine Verheyen (EPP, Germany), it supports the European Commission’s proposal, but has some reservations.
