25/04/2023 (Agence Europe) – At the second North Sea Summit in Ostend on Tuesday 25 April (see EUROPE B13168A14), the energy ministers of the participating countries (Belgium, Denmark, Germany and the Netherlands, joined by France, Ireland, Luxembourg, Norway and the United Kingdom) signed the Ostend Declaration to make the North Sea ‘Europe’s Green Power Plant’.
