24/02/2023 (Agence Europe) – The EU and Tajikistan have had a Partnership and Cooperation Agreement (PCA) since 2010, but they now want to deepen this relationship with an Enhanced Partnership and Cooperation Agreement. The Director for Central Asia at the European External Action Service, Luc Devigne, and the Tajik Deputy Foreign Minister, Sharaf Seralizoda, officially opened negotiations for such an agreement on Thursday 23 February in Dushanbe.
