Discussions continue between Member States on 10th sanctions package

Member States’ ambassadors to the EU will discuss the 10th package of sanctions against Russia again on Thursday 23 February.

While the initial aim was more for the ambassadors to approve the project on Wednesday 22 , they need more time. According to one diplomat, they have made progress on several technical issues, but there are still some elements to be clarified, notably on reporting requirements and on import quotas for certain goods.
