European Commission wants to include free roaming in Association Agreement between EU and Ukraine

15/02/2023 (Agence Europe) – The European Commission adopted on Tuesday 14 February a proposal to include free roaming charges in the Association Agreement between the EU and Ukraine. In concrete terms, this means that Ukrainian nationals travelling within the EU will no longer have to pay extra charges when using their mobile phone in the EU.
