Swedish Presidency of EU Council submits draft conclusions on contributions of bioeconomy

The Swedish Presidency of the EU Council has submitted, for the Special Committee on Agriculture (SCA) meeting to be held on Monday 20 February, draft conclusions on the contributions of the bioeconomy to agriculture.

The next ‘Agriculture’ Council, on 20-21 March, is expected to adopt conclusions on this issue.

In a context of crises (war in Ukraine, climate change), the bioeconomy must help the EU to strengthen its resilience, the Swedish Presidency had already estimated in a note...
