European Commission takes Luxembourg to EU Court of Justice over firearms

15/02/2023 (Agence Europe) – The European Commission decided on Wednesday 15 February to refer Luxembourg to the EU Court of Justice for non-transposition of EU rules laying down technical specifications for warning and signalling weapons under the directive codifying the acquisition and possession of firearms (Implementing Directive (EU) 2019/69), says a statement.
