The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) has ordered Poland to suspend the transfer against their will of three judges specialised in criminal law, who adjudicated in the Criminal Division of the Warsaw Court of Appeal, to the Labour and Social Security Division of that court.
Taken on Tuesday 6 December and published on Wednesday 7, this decision corresponds to an “interim measure” triggered under Article 39 of the European Convention on Human Rights.
