Follow-up of EU/Africa summit and humanitarian crises in Ukraine and Afghanistan on agenda of EU ministers

EU development ministers and secretaries of state will meet on the morning of Monday 28 November to follow up on the last EU-Africa summit and to discuss the EU’s response to two major humanitarian crises that are taking place in Ukraine and Afghanistan.
